Payment Method

 

1. Online Credit Card Payment (Applicable for online purchase ONLY)

Our credit card payment gateway is Paypal in Singapore Dollars. It is not required to sign up for a Paypal account, what you need to do is just proceed to check out with your credit card details. This payment method is applicable for both local and international customer.

 

2. Bank Funds Transfer (Applicable for online purchase only)

You can also make payment via direct bank transfer. Please select the payment option "Direct Bank Transfer" upon checkout.

 

POSB BANK

For Payment via POSB/DBS Bank funds transfer, Please transfer your payment via either Internet Banking or ATM machine to us,  Our POSB/DBS Bank Savings Account Number : 038-64028-3. After we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.

 

OCBC BANK

For Payment via OCBC Bank funds transfer, Please transfer your payment via either Internet Banking or ATM machine to us. Our OCBC Bank Current Account Name: Shuang Xi Le Wedding LLP, Account Number : 5588-2258-1001. After we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.

 

IMPORTANT: Kindly inform us the transaction reference number after you have done the fund transfer at admin@shuangxile.com.

 

3. Cash & Carry - Available at retail outlet only, NOT available for online order.

 

Important Updates: From 15 Oct 2012 onwards, we do not accept pre-booking of order for all online purchases without any payment done. If you wish to book any items and do self-collection at our retaill store, kindly select payment method either by credit card via paypal or bank transfer. Otherwise, you may visit our retail store to make the purchase by cash & carry.

 

 

Minimum Purchase 
Minimum purchase of SGD10 is required for local (Singapore) online order.

Minimum purchase of SGD100 is required for ALL international order.

Shuang Xi Le Wedding reserves the rights in rejecting any order that is less than minimum order.

 

Discount Policy

We have did our best to provide you the best discount in the market!  All price for special packages are with great discount and bundled with attractive free gifts. If you have received any further discount from any kind of reference or event, please enter your discount code during check out and our system will auto-calculate the discount for you instantly.

 

Exchange Policy 

 

For All Purchases 

 

Customers shall inspect the goods upon collection. Should there be any dissatisfaction of the condition, it must be made known to Shuang Xi Le Wedding immediately or within 7 days from date of collection. Complaints received after the stipulated date will not be entertained.

 

All items purchased from Shuang Xi Le Wedding are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If the purchased item is found as defective, we will replace it with a good piece for the similar item. Exchange to other product is allowed only when the similar item is not available in stock.

 
All products on sale/promotion are sold at As-Is condition, customer shall inspect the product and check the condition by own self and items sold are considered accepted by customer and strictly no exchange and refund will be entertained.

 

For every batch of products, there might be slight color differences and it should not be  giving the rights to the customer to change the order, request for any price deduction or cancel the entire order.
 

For All Exchanges

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including receipt/invoice) must be in place for full exchange to be issued.

 

For home delivery order, we will pay one return delivery costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error (e.g. sent wrong item). If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return delivery costs.  No exchange will be accepted after 7 days.

 

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and return delivery. No exchange/refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.

 

For special order, bulk purchase or pre-order items, upon date of confirmation, the order cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer unless otherwise agreed and all deposit and further deposit (if any) maybe forfeited without prejudice to damages or losses of Shuang Xi Le Wedding. A minimum deposit of 50% to be paid upon confirmation of sales/order for special, bulk or pre-order items. Deposit paid on confirmed order is non-refundable.

 

ALL international order are NOT entitled for exchange & return except for item defective. However, we will not responsible for any damages caused during the shipment for all international order. We will check very carefully every items before sending to ensure all outgoing items are in good conditions. Customers shall consider all risks involved for the product nature to be sent overseas. We are happy to assist in advising the product suitability for long distance posting. Kindly approach our customer service for more information.

 

Default, delay or defect in any one or more of the delivery (ies) or item (s) shall be considered as segregated default without giving the customer the rights to cancel the whole part or part of the order.

 

How to request for exchange?

 

Please write us a brief email explaining what the problem is with your purchase (wrong color, wrong size, damaged) and how you would like us to handle the transaction. You may exchange the item. On that same email, be sure to include:

1. Invoice Number,

2. Contact name,

3. Contact number,

4. How/Where to pick up the return goods (Send back to shuangxile/pick up at your address)?

5. How/Where you would like the refund or exchange delivered (Self collect/send back to you)?

6. Reason for exchange

 

Finally, send us the email to request for the exchange at admin@shuangxile.com. We will contact you shortly for the arrangement to pick up the return goods.

 

Please note that if you did not turn up for the exchange or return appointment at the agreed location, the delivery cost for the return/exchange is considered used off and we will not pay for another trip to the agreed location. If exchange or return is still required, it can only be done at our retail outlet OR you can choose to pay the delivery cost again.

 

Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making an return/exchange there may be a delivery charge added to your order (this will be determined by the amount of the additional items). We will contact you with the delivery cost should one be added prior to complete your order.

IMPORTANT: Please provide contact number (preferably mobile number) for us to contact you on the day of delivery. All delivery schedules will be arranged and confirmed in the email prior to the delivery date. Please check your email regularly for the delivery arrangement.

 

1. Home Delivery 

In addition to offering the most competitive prices, we want to assure you that our shipping rates are also among the lowest in the industry. As part of a special promotion, we are currently offering complimentary local shipping on  online orders of S$150 and above (excluding for special value packages or extra bulky item) that are shipped to a location within Singapore. No free delivery services for all purchase from our retail outlet.

 

How It Works

1. Select the shipping option - "Home Delivery" during checkout.

2. The system will auto calculate the delivery cost depending on the total purchase amount.

3. Free delivery shall apply if the total purchase is S$150 and above.

 

Offer is valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

For online order that is not more than S$150 and for retail outlet purchase, a flat rate of S$15 is applied for delivery to all locations within Singapore and most of them will be sent by courier. Please contact our staff at admin@shuangxile.com if you need more detailed information about your order delivery.

 

Delivery Schedule

Because we stock most of our items, all orders are usually processed and delivered within 1-3 business days. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm the arrangement for the delivery date/time once the order is confirmed.

Urgent delivery is only available upon request and additional charge may be inccurred; kindly contact our staff at admin@shuangxile.com after you have placed the order online.

 

Our delivery schedule are as follows:

Monday-Sunday:

before 12pm, 12pm-6pm or 6pm-9pm 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERY WILL BE HANDLED BY OUR DESIGNATED COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER AND  SCHEDULE IS BASED ON ESTIMATION AND THERE MIGHT BE SLIGHT DELAY DUE TO TRAFFIC CONDITION AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

Some order items could probably have longer lead times. For items that are not in stock, we will definitely contact you at the soonest as possible for further discussion.

 

Shuang Xi Le Wedding will uses all reasonable endeavors to meet stated delivery dates or periods, Shuang Xi Le Wedding shall not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the failure of Shuang Xi Le Wedding to meet such delivery dates or periods despite such endeavors.

 

IMPORTANT: You will need to pay for the delivery fees to Shuang Xi Le Wedding in the event that order is canceled due to whatsoever reason after the order is shipped to the delivery address. If the order canceled due to the item defective, it should be considered as return where delivery fees are non-refundable. In this instance, you are advisable to request for exchange instead of return so that we will replace the item for you at no additional delivery cost. Please refer to return and exchange policy below for more detailed information.

 

2. Self Collection

If you already have in mind what you will need and be able to place order online, you can do self collection at our retail outlet during our operating hours. If ordered items are all available at our retail outlet, it will be ready for collection anytime after the order is placed. Otherwise, please allow at least 3 days for transfer from warehouse if any of the items ordered is not available at our retail outlet. We will send email notification once the order is ready for collection.

 

Item purchased from our retail outlet shall be carefully checked on the spot, shall there be any defective found afterwards, you will be required to bring down the defective item back to our shop for an exchange within 7 days after purchase. We do not responsible for any additional delivery cost incurred shall the exchange of the item cannot be done at our shop.

We reserves the right to forfeit all said deposits paid and cancelled orders of the goods are not claimed or collected within 2 months from the date of agreed delivery/collection.

 

How It Works

1. Select the shipping option - "Self Collection" during checkout.

2. The system will auto calculates the delivery cost as "0".

3. Please make sure you have provided the accurate contact information for order pick-up.

4. We will inform you via email once order is ready for collection.

 

3. International Delivery

All international shipping will be done by Singapore Post. You could refer to http://www.singpost.com.sg/mailrate/ for the postage rate. Postage fees and packing cost are to be paid by you. There will be SGD 5.00 of handling fees shall applied to all international order. Please note that there will be minimum 1 week turnaround time for us to process and pack your order for international mail. We do not entertain urgent posting on individual order. Please indicate the required date for item to be received to facilitate our process in priotise the order processing.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHUANG XI LE WEDDING WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DURING SHIPMENT BY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. 

 

CUSTOMER SHOULD CONSIDER ALL RISKS INVOLVED OF THE PRODUCT NATURE TO BE SENT OVERSEAS.

How It Works

1. Place an order for us to do postage estimation.

Please select delivery option "International Postage" and Payment option "International Order before Postage - Please choose this one" (Do not choose "Credit Card" at this point of time) to submit the order for us to do postage estimation based on the order details.

2. We will inform you about the postage and total cost involved in email together with an email from paypal to request for payment on total item cost+postage+handling fees+packing charges.

3. Customer to proceed to click on the link given in the email to make payment via paypal using  credit card.

4. Once the payment is completed, we will receive the payment confirmation ifrom paypal. We will proceed to send your items once payment is verified successfully.

5. We will then inform you the posting date, tracking number and make any refund of postage if applicable.

Rental Policy

We will need to collect deposit for rental item at around item price and deposit shall be refunded when the item is returned. Rental fees is listed at Wedding Accessories> Rental Services.

 

Please note that we do not send rental basket by home delivery eventhough the total purchase plus rental fee is over $150. Reason simply because it is bulky and heavy item that is not easily taken care by courier services. All rental basket has to be picked up from our retail outlet directly.

 

Due to the fact that the system is unable to derive the delivery cost correctly for rental item, Shuang Xi Le Wedding reserves the right to correct the delivery charge after you have placed the order online. We will contact you again once we have updated the order.

 

Rental item shall be returned in good conditions within 5 days from the rental date. Additional charges shall be applied for late returns.

 Special rental item such as Cinderella Carriage have specified rental period based on agreement. Kindly approach us for more information.
