Payment Method

1. Online Credit Card Payment

Our credit card payment gateway is Paypal in Singapore Dollars. It is not required to sign up for a Paypal account, what you need to do is just proceed to check out with your credit card details. This payment method is applicable for both local and international customer.

2. Bank Funds Transfer - For Singapore Customers Only

You can also make payment via direct bank transfer. Please select the payment option "Direct Bank Transfer" upon checkout.

POSB BANK

For Payment via POSB/DBS Bank funds transfer, Please transfer your payment via either Internet Banking or ATM machine to us,  Our POSB/DBS Bank Savings Account Number : 038-64028-3. After we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.

OCBC BANK

For Payment via OCBC Bank funds transfer, Please transfer your payment via either Internet Banking or ATM machine to us. Our OCBC Bank Savings Account Number : 558-3-017099. After we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.

IMPORTANT: Kindly inform us the transaction reference number after you have done the fund transfer at admin@shuangxile.com.

3. Cash on delivery (COD) - For Singapore Customers Only

If you are worried about using your credit card online or funds transfer, we also accept payment by Cash on delivery (COD). This payment method is only available for customer in SINGAPORE only. Customer's order will be confirmed by email/phone. Please provide us your contact number for the delivery arrangement. Please note that COD payment method is only applicable for delivery mode of local "Home Delivery" or "Self Collection".

IMPORTANT: You will need to pay for the delivery fees to Shuang Xi Le in the event that order is canceled due to whatsoever reason after the order is shipped to the delivery address. If the order canceled due to the item defective, it should be considered as return where delivery fees is non-refundable. In this instance, you are advisable to request for exchange instead of return so that we will replace the item for you at no additional delivery cost. Please refer to return and exchange policy below for more detailed information.

Discount Policy

We have did our best to provide you the best discount in the market!  All price for special packages are with great discount and bundled with attractive free gifts. If you have received any further discount from any kind of reference or event, please enter your discount code during check out and our system will auto-calculate the discount for you instantly.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of item is received.

All items purchased online through www.shuangxile.com are returnable except for edible products such as Four Treasure and Dried Food. We will pay the return delivery costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return delivery costs.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. Customers returning merchandise without a copy of their original invoice are only entitle to an exchange or refund to a gift card. Also please note delivery fees is non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and return delivery. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.

How to request for return/exchange?

Please write us a brief email explaining what the problem is with your purchase (wrong color, wrong size, damaged, didn't like) and how you would like us to handle the transaction. You may exchange the item or ask for a refund. On that same email, be sure to include:

1. Invoice Number,

2. Contact name,

3. Contact number,

4. Return or exchange?

5. How/Where to pick up the return goods (Send back to shuangxile/pick up at your address)?

6. Where you would like the refund or exchange delivered?

7. Reason

Finally, send us the email to request for the exchange & returns at admin@shuangxile.com. We will contact you shortly for the arrangement to pick up the return goods.

Please note that if you choose to order additional items when making an return/exchange there may be a delivery charge added to your order (this will be determined by the amount of the additional items). We will contact you with the delivery cost should one be added prior to complete your order.

IMPORTANT: Please provide contact number (preferably mobile number) for us to contact you on the day of delivery. All delivery schedules will be arranged and confirmed in the email prior to the delivery date. Please check your email regularly for the delivery arrangement.

1. Home Delivery - Free Delivery Promotion! 

In addition to offering the most competitive prices, we want to assure you that our shipping rates are also among the lowest in the industry. As part of a special promotion, we are currently offering complimentary local shipping on all orders S$100 and above that are shipped to a location within Singapore.

How It Works

1. Select the shipping option - "Home Delivery" during checkout.

2. The system will auto calculate the delivery cost depending on the total purchase amount.

3. Free delivery shall apply if the total purchase is S$100 and above.

This offer is only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be applied once the order has been placed. Offer is valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

For order that are not more than S$100, we will only incur a friendly charge of S$10 only  for delivery within Singapore.

Delivery Schedule

Because we stock most of our items, all orders are usually processed and delivered within 1-3 business days. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm the arrangement for the delivery date/time once the order is confirmed.

Urgent delivery is only available upon request, kindly contact our staff at admin@shuangxile.com or LiveChat after you have placed the order online.

Our delivery schedule are as follows:

Monday-Friday (except Wednesday): 6pm-9pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm

Some order items could probably have longer lead times. For items that are not in stock, we will definitely contact you at the soonest as possible for further discussion.

2. Self-collection

If you choose not to pay any cost for the delivery, we are happy to help you by delivering the order to Sembawang MRT for your self-collection. Please note that self-collection will only be available on weekly basis every Wednesday at 8:30pm-9:00pm.

How It Works

1. Select the shipping option - "Self-Collection" during checkout.

2. The system will auto calculates the delivery cost as "0".

3. Please make sure you have provided the accurate contact information for order pick-up appointment.

3. International Delivery

All international shipping will be done by Singapore Post. You could refer to http://www.singpost.com.sg/mailrate/ for the postage rate. Postage fees are to be paid by you.

Rental Policy

We will need to collect deposit for rental item at around item price and deposit shall be refunded when the item is returned. Rental fees is listed at Wedding Accessories> Rental Services.

Standard delivery policy is applied for rental item. If you have made purchase for more than S$100 (excluding rental deposit), the rental item will be delivered to your doorstep at no charge. Otherwise, S$10 home delivery or self-collection at Sembawang MRT is applicable. Due to the fact that the system is unable to derive the delivery cost correctly for rental item, Shuang Xi Le reserves the right to correct the delivery charge after you have placed the order online. We will contact you again once we have updated the order.

Rental item shall be returned in good conditions within 7 days from the rental date. Additional charges shall be applied for late returns.
